Profiles Nail Salon uses this system to schedule services and manage client information. Below are answers to our clients’ frequently asked questions:

How do I book an appointment?

Click on the tab at the top of the screen APPOINTMENTS, a schedule will appear and you can Browse the schedule and find the empty time slot that is available OR you can Time Search the appointment and find the time that best suits you.

How come when i try to book a time slot it says unavailable or there is only certain services shown and ask me to call the salon?

The time slot is either taken by another client or the time is too short for the services needed, therefore you must pick another time in order for more service to be shown.

How do i book for 2 or more people in my party?
You must first sign up and register your account. You as the party planner now must find the time slots most suitable for your needs of services and book each and individual under your same account with notes of each persons name.

What if I try to book an appointment and i know it usually takes longer or if i wanted extras on my service?
You can write a note when you book an appointment, you can email us at Profilesnailsalontemecula@yahoo.com, or call us 951-303-9997 for us to extent your time or for us to book you accordingly. Note that if you do not contact us to book for an extended service we can only service that booked appointment.

Why do i have to enter my credit card info to finish registering and booking online?
In order for us to secure your appointment we must have a security measure in order to ensure that you will honor that appointment. We will not charge your card unless you default the cancellation policy.


How do I view your schedule?
Click on the tab at the top of the screen that list our appointment schedule.

How do I view your services?

Click on the tabs Appointments at the top right of the screen and a list our services will show.

How do I purchase Gift Cards?

All gift cards can be accessed though the Online Store tab or you can visit our location to purchase a Gift Card. Gift Cards availability is always subject to change.

How do I review my visit history?

You must first create a login by clicking the New User: Sign Up! link in the upper right corner. If you are unable to create a login, please contact Profiles Nail Salon at 951-303-9997.

What if I forgot my login?

Click on the link in the upper right corner titled: Forgot your login? The system will send an email containing your username and password to the email address that we have saved inside your account.

I created my login, but why can’t I access my account?

If you received this message: “Profiles Nail Salon will verify your account and you will receive an email when your account has been cleared to login,” then we need to verify your identity before you can log in. You will receive an email once your login has been approved. To expedite your login request, you can call us at 951-303-9997.

Can I view my upcoming schedule?

Yes, but you must log in first. The login field is located in the upper right corner. If you are unable to create a login, please contact Profiles Nail Salon at 951-303-9997.

How do I update my billing information or personal information?

Once again, you must log in. The login field is located in the upper right corner. If you are unable to create a login, please contact Profiles Nail Salon at 951-303-9997.


Profiles Nail Salon Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 5 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 5 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 5 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

 

- Appointments made within the 5 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 1 hour of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staff members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Profiles Nail Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will Text or Email a confirmation about your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 If a member of a party "No Shows” then the party planner whose card is on file will be charged 100% for that lost service.

Large Parties Can not change appointment service after 5 hours prior to appointment or will be charged for service booked>
